THE PORTRAIT OF DORIAN GRAY MOVIE POSTER

Hello, dear readers! It's good to see you here! Now I will tell you about the movie poster I prepared and its production.

What we had to do in this assignment for our Educational Technologies class was to prepare a digital poster. We had two choices: magazine cover or movie poster. I chose to make a movie poster. I made a movie cover for a book I had read before. As I mentioned here, I chose my favorite book, 'The Portrait of Dorian Gray'. The book was basically about the fact that a young and handsome man never wanted to lose these features and the price he paid for it. I thought this book would make a great movie.

While doing my homework, I used an app called Canva, which I think many of you are familiar with. Canva is a useful tool that is really easy to use and can be used in many areas for educational activities. While preparing my poster, I chose a background at first and there were a lot of great options. Secondly, I chose the players and it wasn't difficult at all because as soon as I read the assignment, I knew which book I was going to choose and which actors were going to play. Finally, I added what our teacher wanted to write on the poster, and ta da! Everything was ready and finished easily without taking time. I'm definitely considering using this tool in my classroom as well. It was such a fun and good experience!
