As a result, it's important for instructors and students to be ready for technological innovation in the classroom. The main requirement for 21st-century learners is their ability to change with ease and be adaptable. To provide a better education, educators—especially teachers—should integrate technology into their daily activities. Additionally, learners in the twenty-first century should be engaged in activities that spur ongoing improvement. To adapt to the complexity of life, they require abilities like creativity, accountability, productivity, critical thinking, and teamwork. The ability to acquire information easily, use it effectively, and communicate more effectively than in the past is another benefit of having these talents.
